In public and under oath

The long wait is over. Condoleezza Rice was just sworn in before the 9/11 commission. She's the only witness this morning, and her testimony will be about two hours in length. The TV networks are carrying it live, but if you're stuck at your desk at work without a television, you can watch it on C-Span's Web site, or listen on NPR.

And the Progress Report issued this handy viewing guide so you can follow along and compare Rice's comments with what she and other administration officials have said in the past about how the White House handled counterterrorism in the months before and after the 9/11 attacks.
