Mario Lopez ("Saved by the Bell") hosts the 16th annual Miss Teen U.S.A. Pageant (9 p.m., CBS), which will be telecast from Shreveport, La. Olympians Tara Lipinski and Johnny Moseley are among the judges. Part one of Frontier: Legends of the Old Northwest (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, History Channel) airs tonight. This four-part series will focus on the personalities and adventures from America's frontier during the 18th and 19th centuries.
