Live from Lincoln Center (check local times, PBS) celebrates the 70th birthday of New York Philharmonic music director Kurt Masur. Met soprano Renee Fleming is the soloist. 3rd Rock from the Sun (9 p.m., NBC) reruns last season's one-hour finale, in which the Solomons discover dreaming (in a big production number) and get freaked out. American Justice (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) has a new episode, "Von Bulow: A Wealth of Evidence," about socialite Claus von Bulow, twice convicted of attempting to murder his wife, who is a free man today thanks to an appeal by his lawyer, Alan Dershowitz. And in a related listing, former O.J. Girlfriend Paula Barbieri plugs her new book on PrimeTime Live (10 p.m., ABC).
